Our Professional Lip Primer is the perfect balm for use by makeup artists, photographers, and avid make-up wearers. Made with a combination of: Sunflower Wax: Allows for "staying" power, holding lip color in place without bleeding. May be used on top of lip color as well. Borage Oil, Coconut Oil and Vitamin E: Natural emollients that help soften the lips, keeping them smooth and super hydrated. Peppermint and Lemon Oil: Plumps lips with cooling mint and antioxidant properties of lemon. Showcase Mica: Our Mizzi Cosmetics proprietary blend of purple, black and silver micas that create a superior effect on the lips when photographed.
